This is my second xTool product, and once again, they have proven how consistent they are with quality. I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished xTool S1, but honestly, you would never know it isn't brand new. Both the cosmetic look and the performance are flawless right out of the box. There was a small hiccup when I first set it up - one of the cables to the air assist was faulty and made the laser itself act all crazy. xTool’s customer service was fantastic. I reached out to them, sent them a picture and a short video and they quickly shipped me a replacement cable completely free of charge with zero hassle. If you are on the fence about buying refurbished from xTool, don't hesitate. Exceptional machine, amazing value, and awesome customer support!

Outstanding purchase

I purchased a refurbished 40w model and after the fast shipping I was shocked at the great condition it was in. It also included all of the materials a new machine would include. I couldn't have expected more this was amazing
