The belt was either used or not up to quality the belt stay was destroyed and the belt had a crazy amount of lose strings. The return process was to annoying. I even took pictures to provewhat I was saying and I knew that they didn’t even have the belt that I wanted any more so I offered to exchange it for one that I wanted. I wish they would’ve just told me to cut the belt in half and send them pictures. I feel like by me sending it back someone else was just going to same belt again, so I’m out however many dollars other than that I love sumo have i few of their rash guards, but won’t be buying one of their belts again
