BERG Buddy

Wow, not only is our grandson OBSESSED with his new Buddy Blue but so is literally every single person who sees him on it. When my husband put it together, as a father and now grandfather who has constructed many of gifts, he was blown away by the quality. The customer service with this particular purchase was amazing. Can not say enough good about the whole experience. Bravo! Highest of recommendations all around!

3 Stars because of two things, 1: All the hard ware and some of the Frame and Chain protector looked "used" . Most of the hardware already had playing removed as if the hardware was installed and uninstalled. The Chain protector looked like a 2nd hand cover, like it was used before. Still looked somewhat new but still. There was Playing damage to the underside of the Frame as if someone threw it after paint or whatever. 2nd, I'm not a fan of the ONE TIRE DRIVE with the back left tire being the only thing that is used to push and stop the cart. Why was it not both rear tires? This causes the "drive tire" to wear out at a much faster rate due to the stopping with one tire.. Hope this is a change in the future and they need to state this in there Videos and Advertising. Other than that my kid loves it.

Everything from shipping to assembly was amazing. You can tell these are made from quality materials. My daughter loves it.
