Large waist approved. This was one of the few belts of quality that I found which could work for my waist. I wear 46 in Wrangler Riggs and measure on the tape about 52. This belt, set to my needs, still has 12 plus inches of adjustment left.

Best belt, hands down
By far the most comfortable belt I’ve ever owned. Great back support, happy I went with the 6’’ belt.
