Minimal Pendant & Box Chain

Purchased a silver necklace with pendant from Sylvan Grant. Very pleased with it. Love the plain, but simple, Style really looks nice. In fact it looks much better in person than online and I'm very pleased with it.

The box chain that went with the set did not lay as expected so requested a return. Was offered 3 options. One was to make another selection. I chose to select a different chain and am satisfied with the choice. I do not wear alot of necklaces so am particular with the length. I would recommend.

I ordered a chain, and unfortunately, it came apart on the second day of wearing it. I contacted the company, and they responded quickly and replaced it without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how fast and professionally they handled the situation. Great customer service and a company that truly stands behind its products!
