I received the mount only last week. The mount arrived quickly and safely, the packing of the unit was excellent. I've worked with a much larger Skywatcher mount for over a decade and was familiar with the quality of the mount. the Sky-Watcher AL-EQ55i did not disappoint. Very solid, very smooth action, excellent tracking. Very happy with the mount. Thank you Astronomy Plus!
