Great customer service..order these slippers for my husband every year for Christmas and unfortunately the last pair had a defect..Emailed company & they were on it replacing the pair..didnt take long after I included photos and original receipt..We love Bear Paw...🐾🐾

Although in the past, the shoe sizes have been spot on, this time the Hickory although they said size 8, maybe were men’s? But love your product and that could be why I have 20 pairs between your boots and slippers.
