Great Machine Excellent customer service

I haven't gotten to use the machine at a market yet but it seems to work great and I'm really looking forward to it. When I ordered the machine I accidentally selected the wrong shipping option and was going to be charged an extra $175. I was unable to find a way to adjust the shipping method, cancel or edit my order so I emailed them letting them know my order number, what had happened and if I could change it to the free shipping option. I heard back within the day that they had made the shipping adjustment for me and the refund came through just a few days later. A huge thanks to the Art Vend team for being so quick and ready to help out!
