Gentle Denture Adhesive

Tried it this morning and the product is fake!!! Its a gel that desolves as soon as you i put my partial in my mouth.Its a fake product.Had to use my old standby, fixadent.I’m disappointed and mad. I got 5 tubes.Need to report to BBB.I want a refund!!! They don’t deserve 1 star!!!!

I don’t know if the product works or not, I had a reaction to it. My review is more about the company. I used a minimal amout and contacted customer service immediately after I realized that I cant use it. All they would offer in the way of “30 day guarantee“ is a 10% refund. Even if they didnt want to accept the opened tube as a return, I feel like they should have offered to allow me to return the unopened one and issue at least a 50% refund. I basically paid $50ish for an unusable product.

Never received! Company has not issued refund or sent replacement product. What was the purpose of having it insured if company isn’t replacing lost or stolen item. Very dissatisfied with customer service!
