Comfy boots, beautifully presented

The boots arrived quickly and came wrapped in a lovely box with a surprise optional insole that gave you some height if needed. Look exactly as they do in the pictures. I would have liked them to be a little wider at the top as my legs a clearly chunkier than all the models legs that make them look like a wider fit, but overal super happy with them

Love it but the size feels a bit smaller than it should. Is there anyway to do am exchange?
