The boots only come in full sizes, so I sized up. However, they have no support, and my feet started hurting shortly after wearing them.

I love the style of the shoe. I went up one size from my normal size, but the shoe is still too small. I should have gone up two sizes. I gave three stars due to the sizing and the fact that the refund policy mentions I can’t exchange for a bigger size because I got them on sale. Now I'm stuck with a shoe I can’t wear 😒
