Product is as described. This was not a custom but rather a ready to ship. I waited almost 30 days to receive it. I had to contact the submitter and she said she would ship it out right away. I contacted her 6 days later to cancel the order since it did not ship and she finally shipped it. Nice products but I had a poor experience with her shipping my order. This is why I gave 3 stars.
