Very disappointed with my experience. My order arrived missing multiple items, and despite reporting it immediately and providing photos, I’ve spent the past week receiving conflicting responses from customer service. I was told my items would be reshipped, then refunded, then that they were still investigating, only to eventually be told to file a claim with USPS instead of receiving a refund.
Poor communication, no accountability, and no resolution. I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my bank.
