TAN EYESHADOW PALETTE

I was very excited to be making this purchase after holding out as long as I could. I’ve bought many things from the Natasha line. It arrived broken which happens I understand but when reaching out to customer service for a solution I had only 2 choices either take a 20% refund and keep the product which I did not want to do because then I could never travel with it. The other option was to return it wait for the refund upon returning it then order another one. The whole point of ordering it was so that I could have it. Seems inconvenient to the customer to have to wait for a refund then place an order and wait all over again to receive it in the mail. Such a sad day, looks like I won’t be ordering ND products anymore.

I love Natasha Denona! I started wearing her foundation and concealer which is flawless. The eyeshadow is so creamy but it stays on really well. Gorgeous colors!
