Good product. Customer service was complicated.

Picked this product because what I needed for school was available in rose gold. When it came in, there was an issue and I needed to exchange. Which happens. No biggie. The person on the phone was super nice and said I would get an email from her soon with the return label. I never got it. So I emailed to ask for it. I had to start the process all over again. That person said they didn’t not have the color I wanted for the even exchange. I was very disappointed. We ended up calling again and they were able to give us a little bit bigger memory to make it right. Everyone was very nice and professional. But it was way to much going back and forth and complicated to even speak to a person. Everything was made right. Even without the color that I really wanted which made me choose this brand. So far it has been a great computer and I am happy.

My son is excited to have his own first computer that he worked hard for & bought with his own money. Hes enjoying using it occasionally & is looking forward some day to add a 3D printer to go along with it. Thank you & GOD bless!
