Quality leaves much to be desired

The first Uptown Tote that arrived had terrible quality and I contacted Customer Service. FINALLY, after reaching out to them on Instagram I received a response. The fact that Poppy & Peonies has such terrible customer service will deter me form ordering in the future. They did replace my bad and the second one came with that same level of terrible quality, I didn't have the time or the energy to try for the 3rd time. I am so disappointed in this bag.

Perfect for 2 under 2

I tried a few diaper bags and none seemed to be roomy enough for 2 under 2 considering you need changes of clothes for two different sized diapers for 2 and all the other stuff we need ontop of my stuff I’m so happy I tried this out I originally thought it was gonna be to big but I replaced my other bags and am very happy with my purchase’
