Quick and easy.. I received my Vivoo test strips last week and did the test the next morning. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. And the test was interesting. I often have low sodium in blood work, and the test told me it was still low, so I'm working on adding more sodium to my diet. I'm waiting for this week's test to see if I'm on the right track. A great wellness tool!
