Smokey Mountain General Store was great! Their customer service is too notch. This is a very positive review of their store and personnel. However, the items in question were VERY POOR QUALITY. The panel kit was ordered from a 3rd party vendor through SMGS’s website. Each of the 5 times the panels were shipped to me they were either cracked upon delivery or made very poorly with the wire reinforcing mesh exposed. Smokey Mountain contacted the vendor and had them resent and paid for the return freight each time. What ever vendor they are using should be dropped. I will use SMGS i. The future simply due to the customer service!! They know how to do business!
