Nice bag but poorly made

From the day I got it there are strings coming off the bag. At first i thought no big deal, and just cut off the hanging strings from the seams on the strap, but every time i use it more and more strings come loose from the seams. No point in trying to return because they have to be in original packing and it would cost too much to ship back.
