Good Morning, Coffee!
A spectacular morning wake-up. With a tiny splash of cream, the Palouse has a subtle sublime taste that makes me want another cup. The medium roast seems to have a bit more caffeine kick to it, so ‘hello morning, let’s go!’ I will say I was equally surprised at how balanced, without any bitterness, it made espresso; crema for days!
