Perfect flat white
The PC whole bean coffee is my favourite for a long time now but the espresso roast just took it to complete new level. The flat white which is my favorite coffee drink with the espresso roast taste just like straight from a top notch coffee shop in Europe. The best settings for my ECM machine are 18g @ 25-30sec extraction.

Honestly disapointed but not the worst
I have a De'Longhi super automatic top of the line machine and after seeing Purity now has Espresso beans I had to try it. I first sent an email asking some questions about them such as roast date, etc.
Not a big fan of the auto AI emails to be honest.
My machine has a bean adapt feature to dial in beans to the right grind and it works very well with anything I've tried.
I'll be honest with these beans. I was disappointed. The flavor lacked and not much crema at all. There were times it would make my machine trip and error. Pucks were not as well formed as I feel they should have been either. Only brand I've had issues with so far.
I don't recommend these for super automatics. It may work well for semi automatics, but I haven't tried it with one.
I wouldn't say they are the worst bean I've tried, but the flavor just wasn't there for me.

Best coffee for espresso machine yet!!!
We have been religiously using purity’s beans for our espresso machine the last 2 years and weren’t into looking to switch beans. Plus I’ve always heard the different between regular beans and espresso beans were nothing but the roast. But we were wanting to switch it up because why not? And OMG. I pray this product never goes away because it is so good!!! We make americanos with our espresso machine instead of a drip and it tastes so amazing!! Nothing against the normal purity beans but this is a must if you have an espresso machine!!!
