These shoes are so light I forget I am wearing them. They are good for running errands, shopping and working around the house. I don't think they would replace my workout shoes bc I need more arch support and stability for exercise.

I have been very pleased with the Nature is Future shoe as they make it possible for me to have more comfortable and attractive shoes. I am truly sorry the line has been discontinued.
