Your customer service reps have been wonderful. I have had problems with the sizes of the winter gloves. I have small hands end non winter gloves, I buy small, and the fit great. I tried your medium and they were too tight. Your staff was great to send me return mailing labels, and I ordered medium/large. I cannot tell the difference between them and they are too tight. I would like to return these and buy the large, but I don't know if they will be larger. Please help. Bob
