Packaging was very / warranty - inspection sticker was a nice touch. Installed well and with out any troubles. Holds hitch tight and with out rattling. Will order again for other trucks.

At first i bought a similar looking product on Amazon, wasn't the same, replaced it with Hitch Holder. What a difference!! Don't be fooled by knock offs

It is a well designed product. The only issue I have found is the tension thumbscrew does not stay in place. I have used thread tape to help. Maybe use 2 of them or a slight interference thread to help. I do really like it keeping my hitch from going everywhere. Especially because I have a heavy duty bulletproof hitch lol. Thank you Allen
