Dress broke after one use

I loved the dress however it broke after wearing it for the first time 2 hours in on the strap. I messaged them on Instagram and they didn't respond about what the next steps would be. It was only about 10 days after I received this dress that it broke. Highly don't recommend this dress.

Beautiful flowy dress

This dress is so pretty! It's a thin soft flowy material. I got it in green and loved it so much, I got another one in the pink.
