Mailbox Lock and Key Replacement

Excellent replacement lock. My Mailboss mail box kept thieves out, but they broke the lock. Just had to replace the lock and not the box. Very happy about that.

I reached out via a "contact" form I found on the website after having experienced a flood at my residence. Amidst the chaos the key to my recently purchased but not installed yet mailbox was misplaced. After searching for several hours I decided to message the company praying there was some way we would still be able to install and use our new mailbox even though I had not registered the key yet. The very next day I received a reply from Faranie with how we could still install the mailbox with a new lock and key and a little bit of work. Within a few hours a new lock and keys were on their way. We are incredibly grateful for now having one less thing to worry about as we go about the daunting task of having our home restored. Our mail is now secure in our new mailbox and it looks great. Faranie was incredibly empathetic, resourceful, and kind throughout our interactions and we can't thank you enough! Also, we did register our key so if anything should arise in the future we will be covered. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service which seems to be so hard to find. Thank you for throwing us a lifeline when we really needed one.

REALLY GOOD HEAVY DUTY MAILBOX REPLACEMENT LOCK, THEY ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH, PART ARRIVES IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
