Disappointed

One exchange, had to return and be charged £4 and told had to re purchase smaller size which was going to be more expensive as originally bought jumpsuit during Black Friday sale. The sizing on line is not reflective of true fit and have bought other items before and had to return as sizing also varied among different item and doesn’t follow model measurement guide. Upset and disappointed as now will not be re purchasing and charged money to return, waste of my money and time
