The product is good. However I did not sign up for a subscription and they charged my account the next month and did not make it right. Bad customer service and for that i will not use this company. Very frustrating! I ordered 900.00 worth of products and the very next month they charged my account another $900. And i made sure it was not a subscription service because i wanted to try the products first. They would not refund and wouldn’t allow me to send product back.

Radically Overpriced and under delivered! I am FAR happier with my biofreeze products at a fraction of the price, and I don’t get forced into a subscription just because I purchase something once. I can’t stand being signed up for a subscription every time purchase something, it’s SNEAKY!!!
