I purchased the Suburban Nautilus water heater and installed it myself. I am learning to use it as it sometimes provides warm water followed by cold and then hot. It is great to take a hot shower without running out of hot water. I should have installed this years ago. The only problem I had was determining what to do with the -12 volt DC wire. There is no explanation of what to do with it in the installation instructions. I just capped it off and the heater seems to be working fine!
