All in pretty solid. Keeps temp. Battery life is good. Only complaint is it does gather interior condensation. But thus far I have taken it for a long car trip and a cross country flight... It really needs to be out in the air to breathe and keep cool. But I to the bag to board and as soon as I am seated out of the bag at my feet. Biggest variation was 2C in my bag waiting to board. Literally zero issues getting through security. I take along a 20k mAh battery to add power supplimentation... It's overkill the battery bank lasts six hours and then I have yet to get the internal batteries below half.

Like that it has rechargeable battery so if u lose power it continues to keep cool. That said i wish it would beep every 15 minute's to let u know its on batteries not regular power.

Excellent customer service! Although I unfortunately received a defective unit, the company responded, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered me the choice of either a full refund or a replacement.
