Helps freshness
One thing I found is to order multiple 5 lb packages instead of a 25 lb package. I pay a little more per pound. But I find the unopened packages stay fresh longer.
It takes me about a month to eat through my order before I order again.
As always, Oh Nuts ships quickly.
