Please provide the dimensions of the shoulder width. It's an easy job, but if you don't, you will annoy your customers terribly. Key dimensions, specifically the shoulder width, are missing. Furthermore, the model's weight is not disclosed, making it impossible to accurately predict the fit. As a result, customers are forced to guess their size. If an exchange is required due to incorrect sizing, the customer unfairly bears the burden of re-shipping costs, time, and hassle. This needs immediate improvement.
