the dress fit extremely well and the colour was gorgeous

Dress arrived poorly packed. Beads are already falling off without me having worn the garment. To pay a premium price for the dress to arrive as it did was absolutely shocking. Customer service correspondence whilst asking when my product was going to be shipped was substandard, snotty and very abrupt. Would not purchase again from this company.
