⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely obsessed with this piece! The quality is amazing, it's so comfortable, and it fits perfectly. You can tell it's made with great materials, and it's quickly become one of my favorite things to wear. I can't wait to order more from this brand!

This review is less about the product and more about my experience with the company. After seeing an ad for brand representatives, I inquired and was given a discount code to use at checkout. While browsing, I entered the code to see my total, but my order was submitted immediately before I was finished shopping. The item purchased wasn’t what I intended to order, and the discount code wasn’t applied. I contacted customer service by phone and email within minutes and followed up again later that day. Two days later, I was told the order could not be canceled, even though it had not yet shipped. Instead, I was instructed to return it after delivery. If I chose to keep it, they said they would “see what they could do” about the missing discount. My biggest disappointment was the lack of timely and helpful customer service. I hope that as the company grows, it invests in providing a more responsive and customer-focused experience.
