Slow Dissolve Super B-12

I recently began using the less-potent B-12. Now I plan to use the stronger B-12 once again. Several years ago I used the stronger B-12 for several months before my husband died of a lengthy muscle disease. The B-12 gave me added strength to care for him at home and take care of many things after his home-going. My B-12 level was very high. Recently my B-12 level was tested—down to 50%. So back to Tri-Vita. I have begun to feel better with B-12 treatment after a difficult winter-spring- summer weather-related allergy problem. I am going to be re-tested for allergies to determine if I can use sublingual allergy treatment. I am off most medications for this week but plan to resume regular supplements along with the new products after the testing is done.
