460T - Diagnostic Tablet

Was sent what appeared to be a previously purchased product. The box was dirty and enlarged as though it had been opened. The diagnostic tablet had smudges on the screen. No doubt it had to be a returned product. I paid for "New" and have been told that it will be replaced.

Product is great for its minor functions however it does not perform a throttle body relearn on my vehicle and its the only reason i bought this
