I ordered these boots not realizing they were in a men's size. I reached out to their customer service explaining the sizing issue, they gave me instructions on what to do step by step. Within the week I had the right size boots to wear. The returns process was smooth, and the customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable getting the size difference corrected. I absolutely love them!! I guess they fit different than my other boots. They are a little big. I normally get an 8.5 but these seem to be a bit bigger then the Ariat 8.5 I normally wear. I still absolutely love them and think they are the cutest boots!
