Tracking stopped a few days after the item shipped. The item was lost in transit. The company sent a replacement. It still took over a month to finally get the product. I sent emails to the company and a week later, finally received a response. The $70 case they give you for free is a $2 piece of flimsy thin plastic. The rechargeable battery does not charge the same as other devices with a removeable battery pack. You plug a single line cable into the stem of the battery pack when it is removed from the device. The charger is a cheap single board cable. I feel it will be a fire hazard or it will blow the single in line capacitor it has rendering the charger useless. I didn’t even receive the free $25 gift card the ad said I would get. Save your money and time, just buy from someone else.

Best purchase made in a while. Its very functional. We use it to clean our cars, blow the leaves & dust from our patio areas & furniture, have used it to clean the gutters. It is very powerful that it allows you to finish this tasks very quickly. It pretty much blows everything out of the way just as you want it to. Ive used it inside my car to blow out all the dust and debris out. I’ve used it in my garage to blow out all the spider webs and dust out. It’s a great device and I highly recommend it.

Very powerful and easy to use. The included battery works great and lasts longer than I expected. I also like that it’s compatible with my Makita batteries at home. I got one for my dad and was able to use the $25 gift card towards it. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
