Initially it was confusing as i had received my panel on a Friday and then on the Monday I received another panel and stand. I contacted customer support immediately and made plans to return the panel. The panel itself is of good quality. I like that you can use the controls on the panel, remote or even the app. I used to use the red light room at the gym but this one works far better focusing on key body areas - i broke my body into four groups giving each group seven minutes of light.
