Madison Long Jacket

I am simply over the moon! It's fabulous! I unpacked it at 11 AM, tried it on, and wore it to a luncheon meeting at noon. The fit is perfect (thanks to model Becky) - the long cuffs make it possible for me to fold them up and still look stylish, not like I'm wearing something that's too big for my small frame. The quality of fabric and construction are first rate, and I particularly appreciate the two-way zipper and inside zip pocket. And finally, the color, Sea Blend Blue, goes with everything! I have several trips planned for the fall, and it will accompany me on each one. My only regret is that I waited so long to purchase it. Six stars!

I thought this would give me a lot more room than the 2X that I ordered, but it’s not that much bigger. I usually take an extra large, so the sizes run very small. But I love the style of the jacket the material especially it’s very comfortable on and floaty when the zipper is unzipped.

The jacket fits great. I already knew I wanted a Medium from having the vest and needing to size up after trying a Small. The Small would have fit but not as loosely as I wanted. I'll have enough room to add a sweater if I need it. I really like the style and soft fabric. I had forgotten that there is also a hood that snaps on. Extra points!
