I am 5’9” and 140 lbs. I ordered a size medium and it fits perfectly. It is not too tight or loose. My only concern is the care instructions. It requires air drying. My laundry practices are far from perfect. If it ends up in dryer accidentally , I hope it does not shrink. Customer service said it might shrink a little but hopefully not too much given it is only about 50% cotton. Customer service said next washing will stretch it out again if it does shrink. But overall I am very happy.
