Mystery Gift (Value 24$)

Info said pen needle could be inserted into vivi cap. Now mine is stuck & company said “tough luck”. Many others have said same thing and had theirs stuck inside as well. No satisfaction from company. Offered to sell me new one at 50% of full price!! Still would be $75 for their bad instructions that they are misleading. Terrible customer service!!!
