Sugar Cookie

The texture is soft and lovely, but if I had tasted blind, I would have never said sugar cookie, never. There is no distinct flavor profile that comes through, it is sweet and maybe there is a hint of yellow cake flavor? We don't crave them to eat as-is, they are nice to crumble over homemade ice cream or use for ice cream sandwich, or dip in melted chocolate
