Black/Red Python Leather Botin With 3D Lightweight Soles - Square Toe

Well My husband fell in love with these boots so I ordered them. When they arrived I was very disappointed to see that the boots have been returned before. They had wear n tear, rock in the bottom of the shoe, leather already stretched out and litterly the inside soles were wore off. It was crazy. I reached out through email and even with pictures sent they assured me they have NEVER been worn....yeah right so I decided to take a trip up to Pasadena and exchange them myself. I was 100% pleased with the lady that helped me. She was nice and understanding and didn't even give it a second thought after looking at the boots. I had a NEW pair shipped to my house and my husband is in love all over again. He has a wide foot but says these feel really good, he hasn't worn them yet but with that lady's help, he is now satisfied and will probably be a repeat customer.
