Steer Corduroy Brim Hat

I couldn't be more impressed! My 12 year old and his buddy's all wear Waggle hats. He asked for this certain one for end of school present. Ha! He didn't think he'd get it but mom and dad both bought one. I ended up returning mine and oh man was it easy to do. Was able to get credit for it to use on another hat. Funny thing is, he asked for a cheaper one but really really wanted the cordoroy as none of his friends has one. When I ordered, it was on sale and worked out perfectly. Also, didn't realize you guys were right in Blaine. We're in Forest Lake. Love you guys and will forever be ordering for all the guys in my life. Actually, I'll probably end up ordering one. Saw one with pink that I think I need for on the boat. Thanks!!!!

I gifted this hat to my son who lives far from me. He wore it for the first time and this happened. I was near the Waggle headquarters/store in Blaine and they said I had to go through my online order for help because I didn’t have the broken hat with me. Offered no help, other than telling me that. Unlike other very well known companies that if their product fails they replace it without receiving the broken product back. Now I have to get the physical hat from my son send it back and then get a new one sent to me and then I need to get it to him. LOVE the hats. Super trendy for our sons that golf. Just disappointed in the customer service.
