Blue shimmer with blue cast.

Blue shimmer, it does add blue cast to whatever color you put it over, so be forewarned, but it's still the closest to transparent that I've found.

Stunning Color

Dramatic iridescent color that is stunning. Even with multiple layers it did chip, but I did not put a top protective coat on. I'm giving it 5 stars though because it was that stunning!

This color is every bit as unique and beautiful as it looks.
