Great customer service really looked out and I love the product. Super stoked to have it and typically use at least once a week since I’ve had it.

I ordered two. One was fine but the magnetic ring immediately came off on the other as soon as I opened the package.

Disappointed at first as I ordered 2 tops because I wanted my bottle to fit both my phones and recieved only 1 mounting ring. I was contacted by support once I made it known and they were on it! they issued me the parts missing right away! I think that deserved me to revise me previous lower review as they were very helpful with fixing my issue right away without hesitation. I love the product this is my 3rd one! ...
