After I purchased the tshirt for my daughter I received an email that felt like a warning. All the information on what I should have paid extra for in shipping in order to actually be sure that I received the item and the information about getting the item faster was very threatening. I almost cancelled the order. You need to encourage people to buy by having better shipping and good customer service when an item doesn't arrive, not discourage the sale because the most expensive shipping wasn't chosen.
