Make A Ring Workshop

Smaller than expected.

I enjoyed the workshop, the instruction and the process, but when the ring was cast it turned out a size smaller than I wanted. I did ask if this should be taken into consideration when handing over the finished wax mold, so I am slightly disappointed. However, I love the ring itself.

Great workshop, but a lot for beginners

My girlfriend and I had a really lovely experience making rings here - we're currently waiting on them to be finished to collect. The class was good as an introduction but I would suggest having a very basic design already in mind before attending - if you're a beginner, whatever you plan should be very simple. I think I short introduction of the process from start to finish, how to use the tools and some guidance on both design and technique would be helpful from the Janus team as we felt a little self guided through much of the class. Overall it was very enjoyable though!
