Order came well packaged. I was not ssure as to its effectiveness, so i gave it a week of triaal. Seems to work as advertised. Maybe a little on the soft side, i was expecting more power, however it does heat up and the modes work fairly well

It definitely does something, seems im more relaxed, hard to describe but definitely does something

I do not feel a difference at all. I used it a few times a week for a couple weeks and nothing has changed.
